Ok ladies let me tell you about today, I got up at 8 am, after 3 nights in a row of almost big major muscles thigh/ groin cramps and me screaming in pain. been trying to drink more water, take more Mag. Taurate.. and eating clean, fresh raw or steam veggies. I keep mustard and theraworks with in my grasp in the bed room. so up I get, do cat clean up chores, started to make calss, VA- no answer, septic, worked out that the septic might have a flood proof switch so that is why it keeps stopping when it floods around here... called a smart phone guy, and I am screwed or out the phone and pre paid card.. oh well.....got the 2 claim folders mailed THEN the cleaning ladie got here....we worked together and got things off the wall and I washed them she washed walls and wiped cobwebs from ceiling.got one wall done! she left at 4, I continued to clean till 8 pm.. so I had to quit.....
yes, this is how I deal with any emotion I am not sure how I want to tackle. so, I am liking the clean! feeling good about that. Deb has a few weeks she can only come one day a week, so I will do some small things when I can.
this week it is to be nasty outside so I might try the sit and rest a few days!
really,... I am pacing myself a bit, but remember I am having the celebration of Dan;s life on May 19. so at least the bathrooms, front room, kitchen, dining room and sunroom (and back yard have to be decent, maybe not re modeled but CLEAN!
this is a funny!.. I am cleaning away and she is washing a wall, and the AC thing.. so a few hrs later she is leaving and I have given her some things so helped her outside.. I say what is that noise... ummmm it was the whole house AC! she must have hit the switch!!! so I am heating my house and the AC it rinning on high and the duct work is rusted through so the AC cold air is dispersed under my house,,, AND the unit was covered so it was smoking almost caught fire... WHEW!!!! so lucky I went outside with her!!!
I had a head of Caulifower and drizzled EVOO and cooked in the crockpot, that was my dinner! yummy.
so now I need to go look around and do the IC postees and rest!
(((hugs)))

Sooo.. I am up and dressed to the shoes as per flylady, and clean the upstairs litter box, swish and swipe my sink and toilet , come down and get the rest of the litter scooped, then out to the trash, fed inside , out side and barn cats, and made coffee and thought I will do a little at a time today since I have a slight head ache and stiffness.. so I got the curtains off the door, and scubbed the door and windows and thinking how sweet that looks with my clean and shining chandiler over the entrance.. Well, I do not know what happened but I turned and crash boom bah! I knocked something down and it hit the light on the table... and then the wax melter (that I had ON and melted wax) slide across the table and crashed on the fllor, the freshly swept, scrubbed, polished FLOOR! so I am hon my hands and knees and a credit card trying to lift the wax while it is not hot but still pliable... WHAT A MESS!.. so I just hung the winter hats, scarves and curtains I washed this morning and I am SITTING DOWN AND RESTING! hope you all have a great day. when I am calm I have to try to call the VA guy AGAIN and the net 10 (I found out it is the other name for Trackphone, T mobile.. so I know to steer clear of them!

SAR - that is a sign that you NEED to take a day off. That kind of klutziness is always a sign, I'm pushing too hard, too fast. You WILL get what you need done, in time for the celebration... and you can afford a day off to go "play" and REST.
This weather is giving me barometer "whiplash" too. Two days of really low pressure... followed by two days of really HIGH pressure and back down again. I worked outside yesterday afternoon... and am really feeling it today. So just piddling again till my head clears and I get some energy back. I'm just wet washrag limp.

I have a brand new net- 10 Samsung phone 4 g and unlimited data till April 5th I am thinking if someone wants to get a cheap phone to give as a no contract for kids to be able to call home.. every thing works and it is a nice phone but it will not work in my home have to stand out in the driveway.... they told me a bout a 20 mile circle will not pick up this signal very good.

Wow, Sar, maybe you should try to slow down some. But that's what my Mom did too after my Dad died. She cleaned and cleaned and sorted through stuff and threw stuff away and painted. Everyone has their own way of dealing with the grief and the big change.
We just got through a big snow storm yesterday and last night. Had a little break in the weather and the next snow storm started this afternoon. Everyone is so tired of the snow. Oh well, in a month's time there won't be hardly any snow left.
Take care everyone.

We've hardly had any actual snow this winter, but we sure have had a bit of and lots of clouds, coolness and over all dreariness. It sure dampens the moods. Hoping it changes soon. I have been seeing daffodils blooming so I know spring IS coming.....

My daffies were up. Now they are covered with 4 inches of snow! Maybe that's why they are called "daffy!"

What a difference a few hundred miles north makes! My brother in Florida was telling me that they are beyond the spring rush of planting. Hard to remember where he lives sometimes! Oh well, spring will come, sometime......
