Ingredients
4 tablespoons taco seasoning 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless 1 cup salsa 1 cup cheddar cheese, or Mexican blend, shredded cilantro, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over both sides of each piece of the chicken.
Step 3 -Place the chicken in a baking dish.
Step 4 -Pour the salsa over the chicken.
