country breakfast casserole
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package breakfast sausage 1 green onion, chopped 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1 (2.64-ounce) package country gravy mix 6 slices bread, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tablespoons butter, optional, melted 1/2 teaspoon paprika, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease an 8x11-inch baking dish.
Step 3 -In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, for about 5 minutes.
Step 4 -Drain the fat from the skillet.
Step 5 -Combine the sausage with the green onion and spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 6 -Top the sausage mixture with the cheddar cheese.
Step 7 -Whisk the eggs, the water, the milk, and the gravy mix together.
Step 8 -Add the egg mixture to the baking dish.
Step 9 -Arrange the bread cubes evenly on top of the casserole.
Step 10 -Drizzle the melted butter over the bread.
Step 11 -Sprinkle the casserole with the paprika.
Step 12 -Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
Step 13 -Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

sheet pan eggs
Ingredients
12 eggs 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 mushrooms, sliced 1/4 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 tomato, diced 1/4 onion, diced 1 green onion, sliced 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly grease a sheet pan with non-stick oil or brush with some vegetable oil.
Step 3 -In a large mixing bowl, crack and then whisk the eggs together.
Step 4 -Once blended, whisk in the milk and season with the salt and the pepper.
Step 5 -Pour the egg mixture in the sheet pan and add the mushrooms, the red bell pepper, the tomato, the onion, the green onion, and the cheddar cheese.
Step 6 -Transfer to the oven and bake until the eggs are set, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 7 -Cut into 12 squares and serve.

1 (8-ounce) can crescent roll dough 6 eggs 2/3 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded 4 slices bacon, cooked kosher salt, to taste freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon chives, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line an 18x26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 -Roll out the crescent dough on the prepared baking sheet. Fold over the edges to create a crust and pinch the seams together.
Step 4 -Crack the eggs onto the dough in a single layer and sprinkle with the cheese and the bacon.
Step 5 -Season the tart with the salt and the black pepper.
Step 6 -Bake the tart until the crust is golden and the egg whites are set, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve the tart garnished with the chives.

8 large eggs 3 cups milk, divided 3 green onions, chopped 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 pound Canadian bacon, diced into 1/2-inch pieces 6 English muffins, diced into 1/2-inch pieces 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 (0.9-ounce) package Hollandaise sauce mix 1/4 cup margarine
Directions
Step 1 -Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 2 -In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and 2 cups milk with the green onions, onion powder, and salt until well mixed.
Step 3 -Layer half of the Canadian bacon in the prepared baking dish.
Step 4 -Layer the English muffins over the bacon pieces in the baking dish.
Step 5 -Add the remaining Canadian bacon in an even layer in the baking dish.
Step 6 -Pour the egg mixture over the bacon in the casserole dish.
