Pretzel Crack
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) bag pretzel sticks 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 package dry ranch mix 3/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Step 1 -In a gallon-size, resealable plastic bag, add the pretzels.
Step 2 -In a bowl, mix the cayenne pepper, the lemon pepper, the garlic powder, the ranch mix, and the canola oil together.
Step 3 -Pour the spice mixture over the pretzels in the bag.
Step 4 -Seal the bag and gently massage and toss the pretzels to coat evenly.
Step 5 -Let the pretzels marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
Step 6 -Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
Step 7 -Spread the pretzels out on a large baking sheet.
Step 8 -Bake the pretzels for 40 minutes.
Step 9 -Serve.

Ingredients
1 1/2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese 1 (1-ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix 1 3/4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped, plus more, to taste, for garnish 1/2 cup scallions, sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 3/4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided tortilla chips, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Add the cream cheese and the ranch dressing mix to a 9-inch square casserole dish.
Step 3 -Microwave the cream cheese mixture on high heat, stirring halfway through, until combined and the cream cheese is very soft, about 1 minute.
Step 4 -Add the chicken, the sour cream, 1 cup of the bacon, 1/2 cup of the scallions, the pepper, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
Step 5 -Sprinkle the cream cheese-chicken mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Step 6 -Bake the cheese dip until the edges are bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
Step 7 -Adjust the oven temperature to broil and cook the cheese dip until the cheese is lightly golden-brown in spots, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 8 -Sprinkle the cheese dip with the extra bacon and the extra scallions.
Step 9 -Serve the dip immediately with the tortilla chips.

Step 6 -In a second large bowl, whisk the flour, the sugar, the baking soda, the salt, and the cinnamon together. Ingredients
4 ounces bacon 1/2 cup butter 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix 1 round loaf sourdough bread 6 ounces cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 3 -Place the bacon onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until it is partially cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 4 -Allow the bacon to cool slightly, then cut it into small pieces.
Step 5 -Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Step 6 -In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
Step 7 -Add the dry ranch dressing mix to the butter and stir to combine. Transfer the pot from the heat.
Step 8 -Cut 1-inch diagonal slices across the top of the bread, taking care to stop each slice about 1 inch from the bottom of the loaf and to not cut all the way through.
Step 9 -Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut 1-inch slices that stop about 1 inch from the bottom of the loaf.
Step 10 -Push the cheese and the bacon into the sliced bread and drizzle with the butter mixture.
Step 11 -Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 12 -Open the foil to expose the top of the bread and bake until the cheese melts, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 13 -Serve.
