Merry Christmas everyone, sorry to say I've been sick for a few days and keep thinking I am better, and yet the vertigo is still here..... also I dread going to the shed., a 24 yr old Bo Bear was transitioning last night, and I just he is gone when I get there, I never thought he'd live as long as he did, so I'll have to place him and my friend will come with a pick ax as it is frozen here..... my pipes froze up when the electric went out got that working.... so trying to have coffee before I go out, have to dress in layer the wind chill is still below 0.... love you all.....

Merry Christmas Everyone! Sorry to hear that you have not been feeling well Sue. Also about Bo Bear... Thanks plantlady! I figured it would be okay. The one I bought yesterday was dated for late 2024. There was a story on the news a while back explaining that so much good food is tossed. Use by and expiration dates are different. And both can usually be extended for a safe product; especially use by dates. It's freezing cold here too. No frozen pipes though. It should up to the high 50's by the end of the week; probably accompanied by . That's okay. Stay safe & warm everyone!

Sorry I'm late but I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Sar, I hope you are feeling better soon! I'm glad Heather got better news. I didn't do much for Christmas at all. I didn't put up a tree or any decorations. I'm waiting now for Farrah and family to get here. They are staying for the night. Jamie and family aren't going to get over this year so I'll send their gifts over the city with Farrah and they can pick them up from her. Fred is all excited that they are coming over, he loves Farrah, Jamie and their families. It's been cold here and I didn't get him out for walks very much lately. After the snow, then the my driveway is icy again but my brother-in-law sanded it for me last Saturday so that sure is a nice help. Kona, we are supposed to get more by the end of the week too. I'd rather have snow this time of year and not all the ice the causes! Enjoy the season everyone!

Happy Holidays everyone.
SAR, so sorry to hear that you have been sick. Hope you are feeling better today. A lot of people seem to be sick right now. Knock on wood, I'm not one of them. CSue and Kona, we will be getting this week as well, but our temperatures will be warm enough so that there won't be any ice, thank goodness. Only got a couple of inches of snow and I'm already glad to know it will start melting tomorrow. My water pipes managed to thaw so my bathroom sink and washing machine are functioning again. I only put up a tiny few Christmas decorations as it was only the boys and me here on Christmas. We had a nice little celebration, though. Ironic that the top of Ryan's stocking is shown right over Robert's shoulder in this photo. I didn't plan it that way. That stocking was crocheted for him by a friend for his first Christmas after he was first born. Sending hugs to all.

Awe, that is a nice picture!!!
CSue I did very little this holiday and it is ok, I am 98% better, just get waves periodically and then I'm ok again. No Dave this whole week and holiday, he has what I had... miserable stuff!
PL, in that photo I see one of those elctric heaters that looks like a fireplace.. I was looking at them at Rural king.. do you like it, does it heat good?
time to start a new cafe.... and a new year. I hope our white hats get our country together.... enough of this!!!
may we each and everyone find health happiness, and all our needs in 23!.
