Creator, help us remember what a difference it makes when we make time with You a priority in our morning. Awaken our body and spirit each day with a desire to meet with You and to hear You speak words of affirmation, assurance and wisdom over as we prepare to go into our day.

Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Appreciate your friends. Continue to learn. Do what you love.

Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our ligh

The path of an honorable man/woman is never lonely one One they must walk never alone Narrow and jagged at times Winding and dark times may be however brightness will always shine from the Tines may take him far from home, as one will go upon a spiritual journey an many will never understand but our Creator will. Resilience and perseverance must guide ones day, Temptations, charlatans, unscrupulous sorts a constant array to cause him to stray, however he keeps one goal and focus in sight Unwavering from the path one knows is right and evil ones will lurk nearby who try to take his soul, One strides with inner strength one knows one must endure

Who is the keeper of your life who tells you what you did wrong in your circle of life and what you did right after you cross? Who is the keeper who tells you that you have to do it all over again? Who judges you? Before you cross there are counsels of elders, who will help you reflect truth of time you spent on the circle of life they will not give you the answers they will enlighten you to what will make a smoother crossing over. Your own decisions about how you journey in your life plays a key into the finial days. However we would hope you realize you are and have always been the best judge for how to conduct your life, both in body and out of it.

Life is but a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, A resting place along the road, To sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, We are all meant to learn some things, But never meant to stay.
Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know, For some the journey's quicker, For some the journey's slow.
But when the journey finally ends, We'll claim a great reward, And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Creator

Sometimes the only way to find the answers, is not to travel far away, but to venture deeper within ourselves

The Red Road or the Red Path is the Native spiritual path. Walking the Red Road means living in the moment connected to all that surrounds us, respecting all of our relations and Mother Earth and Father Sky. It means finding a balance between and attending to our four sides: spiritual, physical, mental and emotional. It means taking care and respecting ourselves and the Creator. It means being thankful for what we have, to only take what we need and to give back. To give back to those around us and to the spiritual world. And to remember where we have been, to remember and honor our ancestors, the Red Road is a road of respect, humbleness, truthfulness, spirituality. It is believing that there is a power higher and greater than us who has a path for us. Each step on our path will be shown to us in time. It certainly does not mean having a perfect life. We can fall and stumble on the Red Path, but we also get up and keep going. We discover ourselves as we walk and learn from mistakes we have made.To balance our commitments to our family, friends, community, work, spirituality and to ourselves

An overabundance of red-tailed hawk spirit animals in our lives can mean that our prayers are being answered… the answers are being brought to us on hawk’s wings. What are you wishing for right now? What are your dreams? Are you able to recognize the gifts being brought to you and the doors open before you?If you are not able to see the gifts coming your way the red-tails may be coming to assist you and to CALL your attention to them. They can help you identify who in your tribe is granting and fostering these gifts. The hawks may be calling your attention to old habits, patterns, or defenses that are getting in the way of you relating to your fellow humans. Listen and be willing to let your guard down. Trust your reputation into the talons of the red-tail and you will be rewarded, With red-tailed hawk symbolism, it’s time to become the observer and see things from a mystical perspective. This is not about being “better than” your tribe-mates, but about seeing things away from your ties to worry about what others will think of you. From this wide-angle view, wait to see a glimmer of movement and use your sharp, keen vision to focus in on what caught your attention. Then you can confidently dive down and grasp hold of the knowing. Hawk spirit animals in general are about vision and the ability to shift from a wide view to a microscopic focus. It may be time for you to review your life to get in touch with a larger vision and purpose while at the same time checking in to make sure that you are focusing on key relationships. Look for the gifts of your tribe, revel in the gifts of your life, and give thanks to divine messengers. You can release your gratitude to the red-tails and they will carry the memo back to the heavens on your behalf.

Spirit animals represent aspects of our personality, our emotional and physical situations, however, they should not be viewed merely as symbols, but rather as being here to awaken us to what our eyes are closed to and also to offer us alternative perceptions on life.Spirit animals are also known by many as either totem or power animals. They are spiritual symbols that mirror back to us the psychological or spiritual qualities that may be missing from our lives or ones that we need to focus on more.A spirit animal comes into our lives to provide magic, to heal us, and to awaken and enlighten us. Therefore it is imperative that we place our faith in these animals and that we honor and have respect for them. When we connect with a spirit animal we can find a new understanding of ourselves, our relationships, our careers and everything else that goes on in our lives. It is important to remember that spirit animals may come into our lives and leave at various times, depending on what it is we need guidance with. The animal we need in our lives right now may be very different from the one we will need in two months or two years time.We also shouldn’t be surprised or alarmed by what animal connects with us. Sometimes we think we are going to be united with a cute or fluffy creature, yet quite the opposite occurs. If we follow the process correctly, whatever animal we connect with is the right one for us. We then have to trust that this animal is here to guide us, strengthen our intuition, protect us and teach us many of the things we still need to learn. It is very possible that our spirit animal is one that we have always felt a strong connection to without recognizing them as a spirit animal. If we have always felt magnetized to a certain animal, or the same one constantly shows up in our lives, it is a strong indication that this animal is trying to gain our attention to offer support and to share with us some of its wisdom. It may be that we have always felt close to a particular animal since childhood or we recognize aspects of their characteristics as being similar to our own. We may have always felt compelled to draw a certain animal or we might have collections of figures or soft toys that we have felt have a deeper meaning in our lives.

Life is short, live it. Love is rare, grab it. Anger is bad, dump it. Fear is awful, face it. Memories are sweet, cherish it When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “your not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive
