No Mess Bacon
Ingredients
12 ounces bacon, sliced
Directions
Step 1 -Arrange the oven rack in the middle of the oven.

Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish.

Step 4 -Gradually whisk the flour into the melted butter and cook while whisking until the raw flour smell dissipates, about 1 minute.

Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons onion, chopped 3 slices stale bread, cut into cubes 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 egg, beaten 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 slices bacon 1 tablespoon bacon drippings
Directions
Step 1 -Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 2 -Cook the onion in the melted butter until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 (6-ounce) frozen pork chops, boneless, pounded to 1/2-1-inch thickness and patted dry

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
Step 3 -In a small bowl, add the olive oil, the brown sugar, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the paprika, the kosher salt, and the pepper and stir until a paste forms.
Step 4 -Generously rub the spice paste over each of the pork chops.

Barstool chops
Ingredients
6 pork chops, boneless and thinly cut salt, to taste pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning blend 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons flour 1 (12-ounce) bottle lager beer 1/8 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup ketchup 2 teaspoons dried thyme 1 bay leaf
Directions
Step 1 -Season both sides of the pork chops with the salt, the pepper, and the all-purpose seasoning.
Step 2 -In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil and heat until it is shimmering.
Step 3 -Add the seasoned pork chops to the hot oil and sear until they are browned, about 3 minutes. It is okay for them to not be cooked through.
Step 4 -Transfer the pork chops to a plate.
Step 5 -In the same skillet, add the onions and the garlic and sauté until the onions are softened and translucent.
Step 6 -Add the flour to the onion-garlic mixture and stir for 1 minute.
Step 7 -Stir the beer, the brown sugar, the ketchup, the thyme, and the bay leaf into the onion mixture.

2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 large egg, beaten 2 tablespoons milk 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix 4 pork chops, fat trimmed and pounded to 1-inch-thickness
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Pour the butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 -Whisk together the egg, the milk, and the pepper in a shallow dish.
Step 4 -Place the stuffing mix in a separate shallow dish.
Step 5 -Dip the pork chops in the egg mixture and then coat them in the stuffing mix.
Step 6 -Lay the pork chops in the prepared dish.
Step 7 -Bake the chops for 10 minutes.
Step 8 -Flip the chops and bake until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes. The pork should read 145 degrees F internally.
