Here is March coming in like a lamb today and turning into a lion by friday. hope you all are doing well and enjoying the Spring. (this is Climatological Spring)

and in 12 days we change the clocks!!!!

It sure is coming in like a lamb!  Supposed to be in the 70's today.    Hope I can muster up enough energy to work outside in a little while. Had lunch with a friend last week and she brought me a bunch of yellow daffodils from her yard.  Sure beats the massive amounts of snow they are getting out west!  

Having pain issues and I'm back to getting PT again.  So frustrating.  Hope you are all doing well and getting good weather.

I find my pain and flares are related when I over do or the weather changes. but today was nice and I was going all day! I'll pay for it this week end, I'm sure.....

I don;t like this stripped wall paper so I might play with it later on in the week...

We're getting a nice day here (in the 70's) but then it will be down in the 40's/50's for the next week.  Going to try to head outside for a bit to see if I can get something done.  I may break down and take Tylenol to deal with the neck and shoulder pain.  UGH.

Ever had bananas that wouldn't ripen?  I've got some I bought green 2 and 3 weeks ago and they are still green and hard as rocks!  Grrr....

today was not too bad but the cold is coming in with the ..... my wifi went out and I have been working on it for 2 days and finally called someone they will call and set u p an appt, so I will be hit miss as the internet is coming and going...

Hope you get your wifi fixed soon, SAR.  Having trouble here as well and I've spent quite some time on the phone with tech support.  Today it seems to be better so apparently they must have worked on it.  

Very chilly and breezy today.  Wish I had worn a coat rather than a hooded sweatshirt when I went to Aldi after PT and chiro this morning.    Hoping spring will hurry up and get here!

I have been making such good progress, it is not stuff anyone can see, but I am cleaning out drawers and closets, and rooms... and yes I got the wifi fixed on my own, darn kitten had stepped on it and I hit reset and all was right with the world.. if I had not see the little heathen up in the 3 inch shelf, I would not have known!!! lol....

today I made apple butter and been working in the old office room and in the garage. yes it is chilly but we are to get a winter storm Friday, in a way I hope Dave stays home this week end so I can keep on my stride..

today the sun was shining so I washed bedding hung on line and remade the bed, scrubbed litter pans with hose outside then ran errands, came home , cooked, then showered...just now sitting down...

I have a free week end, Dave has family things so I can either be lazy of hook up with friends to do something fun.

we are under winter storm watches till Sat... I could use a day of rest... but that means putzing in the house as I am still working on pitching things out so I can do more updating in different rooms.

I'm still in cleaning mode.... I rest but am determined to get some things done this spring so I can also move the remaining kitties out of garage into shed. It is gray and gloomy and I wish I could sleep a bit... but it is time to feeds cats then I might rest. hope you all enjoyed the week end... in a few days it will be officially SPRING!

Did you get any snow, SAR?  It's been cool here the last few days with a little , but no snow.  Been wanting to go outside and work but it's just not been nice.

Haven't changed all of my clocks yet, but will get to them soon.  Just been kind of chilling and getting little things done this weekend.  Cooking fish, broccoli/mushroom stir fry and zucchini pizza slices for supper.  Weird combination maybe but need to use stuff up so I don't waste food.

hi PL, yes this morning we got about 6 inches but the week-end was no snow, just cold. and it will be 19 tonight and 57 on Thurs! lol funny not funny, this is how people get sick!

GG, My dad rarely called off school, back in the day.. but when he did, it was usually slippery for the buses.

I had a friend over for coffee yesterday, and they could see all the work I am doing... still so much to do, but I am determined to keep at it.

I had a huge fat robin sitting on my fence looking in my office window!!! Spring is close... my crocuses are blooming.. what signs are you seeing???

oh I think Kona is under the gun with winter weather this week. stay safe, Kona!

Hi all. We were spared with snow. Just a little now. Had lots of all day. Maybe some high winds overnight.

My SIL passed away early this am after a three year battle with ovarian cancer. DH is at his other sister’s house now with her and other BIL. I’m staying away for a few days since I had Covid all last week and just started feeling better yesterday. His other sister and her DH and son also contracted COVID late last week. It’s really running rampant around here.

I think I got it when I went to renew my license on the 3rd. I had to take my mask off to take my picture and like a dummy didn’t put it back on to do the eye test. Oh well at least I’m feeling better now. According to guidance I should be able to be around people if I wear a mask which is not a problem for me. I just want to put it off as long as possible. If anyone gets it, I don’t want them to think it came from me even though I should not be contagious anymore.

Glad you missed the 3 ft of snow... so sorry about your SIL and you having covid, but rest, they know you are there in spirit. all our snow melted today and it is to be 50's tomorrow. I washed some windows that were driving me crazy with kittie nose prints... lol

I've not stopped cleaning just slowed down cause I am getting burnt out with ideas of what to keep and what to pitch. but I'm also eating salads and heallthy food, it is easier when no onw is here that I have to feed.

Kona, so sorry to hear about your SIL.      for your family. 
Glad that you are feeling better.  I had covid three years ago and have been fine ever since as far as respiratory illnesses are concerned.  No shots for me.  

SAR, glad you are able to eat healthier.  I do well when I'm at home but if I'm out shopping or go out to eat with friends or family, I don't do as well.  As far as spring cleaning, yeah, it can get difficult trying to figure out what to get rid of sometimes! 
So tired of this cold weather!  By this time, I am usually out planting cool weather crops.  It's supposed to start warming up this next week, though.

Yes I hear tomorrow will be sunny and 51.. but today was 17 and wind chill -2 at 10 am!!! the farmer sprayed the winter wheat field this morning,,, what did he spray.. Ice cubes???? lol anyway, having sun then snow, and still windy here!

my corn beef came out soft and tender and great flavor but oh it is so salty for someone that is careful about salt I am not sure I can eat even the carrots or potatoes cause they are all salty.!

I plan to stay close to home this week and work around here hope everyone is doing well. and staying warm!@
